济南市国际医疗保健中心于2009年设立于济南市中心医院，是济南市政府批准设立的定点涉外医疗服务机构，为国际人士、港澳台胞提供门诊、住院、健康体检、家庭健康管理等医疗保健服务。
济南市国际医疗保健中心以济南市中心医院雄厚的医疗技术力量和先进的医学设备为支撑，由拥有海外留学经历的各学科高级职称医生组成医疗专家团队，由医院知名专家组成国际医疗保健会诊专家组，为海内外患者提供便捷、优质的医疗保健服务。
为便于国际患者就诊，济南市国际医疗保健中心按照国际患者熟悉的就诊方式设立诊疗流程，国际患者可通过电话、网络等方式预约就诊，由高素质的护理团队负责接诊，就诊过程中由护士全程陪同看诊、检查、治疗、取药、办理住院等服务，实现就诊绿色通道。
济南市国际医疗保健中心由门诊和病房组成，门诊设有候诊区、专用诊室和儿童诊室，附设化验区及心电图、超声等检查室，收款处、药房等服务设施。涉外保健病房温馨、舒适，服务设施先进，为患者提供良好的住院治疗环境。
中心自设立以来，已接诊来自世界53个国家的国际患者。中心与卫生部国际救援中心、北京sos国际救援机构，北京环球医疗救援有限责任公司、安盛旅行援助服务（北京）有限公司、万欣和（上海）企业服务有限公司、美国蓝十字蓝盾医保组织、上海威尔比医疗咨询有限公司等21家国际医疗保险机构合作，实现医疗费用保险直付服务，由中心与各保险公司直接结算，国际患者在医院的全部就诊过程均直接就诊，无需缴费。
2018年济南市国际医疗保健中心获批我省首批建设达标的国际门诊，是济南市唯一一家批准的国际门诊。

Jinan International Healthcare Center was set up in Jinan Central Hospital in 2009. The center is a municipal designated healthcare organization providing outpatient, inpatient, health check-up and family healthcare services to the international patients and compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

Jinan International Healthcare Center is supported by medical team and facilities of Jinan Central Hospital. The doctor team consists of specialists of different departments who had oversea medical training and clinical experience. A consultation group of high level specialists provides multiple department consultation to support the clinical experience. Jinan International Healthcare Center provides high-quality healthcare service to our patients based on the excellent medical staff.

To meet healthcare need of international patients, Jinan International Healthcare Center provides international standard healthcare services.
